Dynamic Tape

Dynamic Tape® is available in multiple levels of resistance. Each stretch much further and do not have a rigid endpoint like kinesiology tapes. This design and the unique, visco-elastic properties allow it to work like a bungee cord by acting on the levers of the body aiming to provide a deceleration force, absorb load, and reduce the work on injured tissues. 

The beige with black tattoo is Dynamic's original level of resistance. The beige with beige tattoo version of Dynamic Tape® has a slightly lower level of resistance and recoil. This reduces some of the force that is exerted on the skin, making it an excellent option for sensitive skin. Both versions are great for:

• muscle and tendon applications
• energy storage and release function e.g. plantar fascia
• stronger assistance e.g. weakness or neurological deficit
• long, multi-joint applications e.g. decelerating a throw

Our Dynamic® Eco Tape offers our EXTRA STRENGTH resistance. Dynamic Tape Eco uses patented technology to provide much more resistance much sooner in range.  This is ideal for applications where there is minimal movement to create tension on the tape, but firm resistance is required.  Dynamic Tape Eco may, therefore, be more appropriate for ligaments (e.g. fingers, thumbs, ankles, syndesmosis) and joint glides where the added benefit of elastic compression and resistance is desirable to augment force closure and stability but when full range is still required. Available in our black with grey tattoo.

 Dynamic Eco Uses:

• Joint and ligament applications e.g. sprains or glides 
• Resisting movement is a greater priority than assisting e.g. positioning or preventing collapse
