Application/Instructions: 1. Place thumbs inside sleeve. 2. Slip arm through sleeve so bottom of the sleeve rests on the wrist. 3. Gently slide sleeve up the arm, top of sleeve rests on upper arm. 4. Smooth out any bunching or wrinkles. 5. DO NOT fold over the upper or lower band or allow the sleeve to roll.
