Application/Instructions: 1. Place thumbs inside sleeve and gather the material. 2. Slip foot through sleeve so bottom of the sleeve rests on ankle. 3. Gently slide sleeve up the leg, top of sleeve rests on thigh. 4. Smooth out any bunching or wrinkles. 5. DO NOT fold over the the upper or lower band or allow the sleeve to roll.
